Daily rates per person with a minimum stay of 7 days, including private beach service, parking, and pool service.

Entertainment from 20/06 to 05/09

CONDITIONS

• N.B. - In external cottage-type rooms (studios), reduction of € 10.00 in each period. Prices include: VAT, taxes, water with meals, (excluding wines and drinks) beach service, swimming-pool, entertainment, internal parking.
• Prices per day per person.
• Reservations are Saturday/Saturday, it is possible, subject to availability, to make midweek reservations.
• Check-in after 2.00 pm - Check-out before 10.00 am.
• Family plan: 2 adults + 2 children up to 10 years in the same room pay 3 adult rates.
• Reduction for children (only on extra bed) up to 5 years 50% from 6 years to 12 years 30%.
• The room will not be able to be occupied before 2.00 pm and will have to be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
• In case of early departure compared to the booked period, it will be equally charged for the rooms only for the days not used. No refunds will be provided for meals not enjoyed.
• Reservations are fixed based on a deposit of € 200.00 per person.
• The balance of the stay is due upon arrival.
• Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation within 20 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
• The price is including beach service (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per room), swimming-pool (with relaxation/solarium area, deckchairs and umbrellas), Club Card with daytime and evening entertainment (20/06 - 05/09) at our village. Excluded: tourist taxes, wines and drinks.
• Half Board prices include a rich breakfast buffet and a delicious dinner.
• The above rates will remain unchanged, barring further unsustainable devaluation.
• Pets not allowed.
• The rooms have: air conditioners, TV, telephone, safe, fridge, bathroom with shower, phone, internal parking.
• Sea view rooms - suites - villas - may vary in price.
